The 630 space garage is located on an extremely tight site at the Rockville, MD campus. The project also incorporates a number of site improvements, including road and utility work, landscaping, and vehicle and pedestrian access. TimHaahs’ consulting services included the review of program requirements, constraints, vehicular/pedestrian access, vertical circulation, operational considerations, and other issues related to the functional layout of the parking facility. TimHaahs worked closely with the architect to review design development drawings and construction drawings.
