Woodbury Common Master Plan - Central Valley, New York TimHaahs provided master planning services for the Chelsea Property Group for the Woodbury Common development in Central Valley, NY. The Woodbury Common development consists of over 200 outlet stores and restaurants, brought together in a unique and inviting outdoor setting. TimHaahs performed parking and site planning for the development, including roadway configuration and retail expansion. TimHaahs played a significant role in the design of the master plan, including the development of numerous concepts, layouts, and renderings. Through TimHaahs’ integrated approach to planning, the project now has the appropriate infrastructure and layout for continued success.
