Jim Zullo Joins TimHaahs to Lead New Jersey Office
Jim Zullo joins TimHaahs as Vice President, managing their New Brunswick, New Jersey office. Prior to joining TimHaahs, Jim was Senior Director of Real Estate and Economic Development for NJ TRANSIT, the nation’s third largest transit agency. In this capacity he oversaw the management of the agency’s real estate assets, including the management of commuter parking, station and retail leasing, property acquisition and sales, transit advertising, and the development of transit properties for mixed–use, transit oriented development. Prior to NJ TRANSIT, Jim served as Vice President of the New Brunswick Development Corporation, a non-profit real estate corporation responsible for the City’s economic resurgence. There, he managed several redevelopment projects, as well as serving as Executive Director of the City’s Business Improvement District. Previous to Devco (New Brunswick Development Corporation), Jim was senior project manager for Lockheed Martin IMS, where he served as project director for the privatization of the City of Raleigh’s Parking Services Division and directed the company’s marketing of photo enforcement services in New Jersey. Jim has also served as Executive Director of the New Brunswick Parking Authority, a quasi-public agency responsible for the operation, management and development of the city’s parking system and facilities.
