Two New Mixed-Use Communities Celebrate Grand Openings
Golden Triangle Mixed-Use Redevelopment, East Brunswick, NJ Working with Toll Brothers, TimHaahs designed a 1,600 space commuter parking garage as part of the Golden Triangle Mixed-Use Redevelopment Project in East Brunswick, NJ. Included within the structure is a bus terminal to serve commuters, with a waiting area, ticket office, and restrooms. On September 25, 2008 the parking structure was celebrated with a ribbon cutting ceremony to mark the official opening. Annapolis Towne Centre, Parole, MD The Annapolis Towne Centre at Parole is a mixed-use development on 34 acres near the Chesapeake Bay town of Annapolis, MD. The Centre includes condominiums, restaurants, a grocery store, retail shops, an entertainment complex, and structured parking to support the entire development. TimHaahs worked with the Martin Architectural Group and KA Architects to design two parking structures with approximately 2,200 spaces to support this vast redevelopment. On October 7, 2008 the project was celebrated with a ribbon cutting reception to signify the opening of the mixed-use center. TimHaahs is proud to have played an integral role in designing these unique projects.
