Town of Bay Harbor Islands Celebrates the Ground Breaking of a Milestone Project
The Town of Bay Harbor Islands is constructing a long-awaited four-story parking garage to be built at 95th Street between Bay Harbor Terrace and West Bay Harbor Drive. On December 9th, the project was celebrated with a ground breaking ceremony to commemorate the start of construction. This project has been years in the making, bringing together many community members to come up with the perfect plan and layout. TimHaahs is serving as the prime designer, providing full architectural and parking design services for this significant new facility. TimHaahs has designed a 430 space parking facility that will accommodate those who visit Bay Harbor Islands to shop, dine, and seek professional services. The new parking spaces will also serve the Ruth K. Broad K-8 Center teachers and staff. The first floor will be used as a substation for Miami-Dade Fire Rescue and an 8,000 square foot community room, available for all residents to enjoy.
