TimHaahs Hosts Seminar on Financing Strategies for Parking Projects
TimHaahs’ Philadelphia office hosted their second seminar this year in October featuring creative strategies on financing using Public/Private Partnerships. The half day seminar offered two educational sessions before wrapping up with a catered lunch and networking session. The first presentation, led by Mike Martindill of the Atlanta office as well as two guest speakers, Graham White of Gates Group Capital Partners and Robbi Jones of Kipling Jones & Co., discussed P3 Initiatives and how to evaluate alternatives for financing parking assets. The second presentation, led by Jim Zullo of the New Brunswick office and Dante Germano of Nexus Properties, highlighted case studies for Public/Private Partnerships for municipal and transit-oriented development. Attendees enjoyed a chance to learn more on financing parking structures during tough economic times and were also given the chance to earn 3 AIA credits. The day was a success and found valuable by all who attended. This semi-annual TimHaahs’ event moves to our various offices each year.
