TimHaahs congratulates the New Brunswick Parking Authority (NBPA), the New Brunswick Development Corporation (DEVCO), and the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital on the opening of the Wellness Plaza mixed-use facility in New Brunswick, NJ. The Wellness Plaza is home to New Jersey’s first Fresh Grocer market, the Robert Wood Johnson Fitness and Wellness Center, and 1,200 parking spaces to support the facility’s visitors, as well as downtown New Brunswick and NJ Transit commuters.
The team that contributed to this outstanding project is comprised of Pennrose Properties, KMS Development Partners, Joseph Jingoli and Son, Epic Management, Paulus, Sokolowski and Sartor, Timothy Haahs and Associates (TimHaahs), Balongue Design, and Jarmel Kizel.
In the role of parking designer, planner, and consultant, TimHaahs contributed to the design of a vibrant “people place” for shoppers, transit riders, and residents of New Brunswick. The Wellness Plaza is another cornerstone of the city’s redevelopment plan providing exciting urban amenities and excellent connectivity to the adjacent New Brunswick train station.
