Common signs of restoration needs include:

  • Water penetration and leaks
  • Cracks in concrete
  • Cracking masonry wall
  • Improper drainage and water ponding
  • Concrete floor spalls (potholes)
  • Vertical surface or ceiling spalls
  • Concrete floor scaling
  • Leaching with dripping water (stalagmites forming on ceiling)
  • Salt stains
  • Rusting (Steel Beam, Steel Frame, Bumper Guard, Metal Form Deck, Metal Pan Stairs, etc.)
