    • As the founder of the firm, Tim serves as President and CEO of TimHaahs, leading our national and international services in the planning and design of mixed-use and parking structures. Tim has presented to the United Nations and other international organizations about the critical role of parking and transportation in economic development and urban planning. He was appointed by the White House and confirmed by the Senate to the Board of Directors of the National Institute of Building Sciences in 2013. Tim has received numerous awards throughout his career, including the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award, the Zweig White Jerry Allen Courage in Leadership Award and the ASCE Philadelphia Engineer of the Year Award.

    • Todd serves as Vice President for TimHaahs’ northeast operations, leading project development, financial management, and business development efforts. An experienced Principal, he manages and coordinates multiple stakeholders, team members and design disciplines for complex mixed-use and parking projects. He is currently a board member of the American Concrete Institute.

    • Mike manages the firm’s southeast operations, including project and financial management, and business development. His background and comprehensive knowledge of both parking planning and construction allows him to help clients at any stage of a parking project. His most recent experience includes the delivery of parking structures utilizing creative and innovative financial models with both private and public financing. Mike regularly presents on his expertise with P3, project management, parking planning and design, and regional and national events.

    • Noli has more than 25 years of experience specializing in project management and design of parking and mixed-use structures. He is an expert in project management, structural engineering and restoration, leading the firm’s most complex projects. A recently elected Fellow by the American Society of Civil Engineers, he is an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), the American Concrete Institute, the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute, Post-Tensioning Institute and the International Concrete Repair Institute.

    • Rachel spearheads TimHaahs’ sustainability research and services, and serves as a parking specialist leading study and planning projects. These efforts included a major study for the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific aimed at designing and incentivizing sustainable development in emerging nations. Rachel currently leads the development of the new certification program for new and existing garages by the Green Parking Council. Rachel was honored with the Green Parking Council’s Sustainability Leadership Pioneer Award in 2013 and was named Parking Professional of the Year by the International Parking Institute in 2012.

His project expertise includes the design, documentation and administration of parking facilities, corporate offices, and building renovations, with extensive practice in mixed-use and multi-family design for national and international clients.

    • Janice is responsible for the firm’s financial management, including strategic financial planning, accounting system management, financial reporting and record-keeping. In addition to serving as CFO, she leads the Human Resources and Information Technology departments. She and her staff seek to provide each employee with the resources they need to reach their full potential, both professionally and personally. Janice also serves as an officer for the Seoul National University Alumni Association.

She is also a parking specialist and serves the firm’s business development efforts in Philadelphia and Miami. She is a LEED Accredited Professional and has her CNU Accreditation from the Congress for New Urbanism and the University of Miami. Megan serves as Chair of the Young Leader Group Committee for the Philadelphia District Council of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), as well as on the Urban Design Mixed-Use Council for ULI.

    • An experienced Project Manager, Chris leads both design and restoration projects for both public and private clients. Chris also leads TimHaahs’ project efforts for our New Brunswick office, serving New Jersey and the upper Northeast. Chris is active in many professional organizations and has served in the role of President for ASCE’s Younger Member Forum in Philadelphia as well as President for ICRI’s Delaware Valley Chapter.

    • Jon serves TimHaahs as Lead Designer, and manages projects for the firm’s regional offices. With more than 10 years of experience, Jon’s expertise includes all phases of building design, from programming through construction administration. His project portfolio includes the design, documentation and administration of complex stand alone and mixed-use parking facilities for clients such as Simon Property Group, Novartis Pharmaceuticals, the Miami Marlins, Sugarhouse Casino, Temple University, Rutgers University, and many municipal clients.

    • Sun-Hee provides quality assurance for TimHaahs' parking and mixed-use projects. He has more than 20 years of experience specializing as a structural engineer, and has extensive expertise with all kinds of structural systems including pre-cast, post-tensioned, filigree, cast-in-place reinforced concrete and structural steel structures. Sun-Hee has worked on many complex parking and mixed-use projects, for clients including the University of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, and the Union Station Redevelopment Corporation.

In 2013, the Parking Association of Georgia recognized Marion with its inaugural President’s Award, recognizing people who have made a significant contribution to the parking industry in Georgia.
