Some of our employees have been assigned new or expanded roles within the firm, and we have chosen to highlight these individuals to show you the direction TimHaahs is going, and some of the people who are helping to take us there. Please join us in congratulating these team members!
Mike will expand his role with the firm as our newest Principal and Owner. Mike manages TimHaahs’ southeast operations, and has played a pivotal role in expanding the firm’s presence on a national level. His experience helps clients take advantage of the latest trends in construction and finance, including public-private partnerships.
Kevin Carrigan, PE
As a new Associate, Kevin will continue in his role as Director of Engineering, leading our nationwide program in structural engineering and asset management services. His expertise includes structural design and documentation for mixed-use and parking structures, as well as management of complex engineering, expansion and restoration projects.
Chris Gray, PE
As a new Associate, Chris will continue in his role as Director of Operations, leading the firm’s production staff. Chris has been with the firm for 10 years, developing from a quality project engineer, to an invaluable Project Manager with a thorough understanding of all aspects of parking structure restoration, design, and construction.
Megan Leinart LEED AP BD+C, CNU+A
Director of Corporate Development
As Director of Corporate Development, Megan leads TimHaahs’ marketing and business development department. Megan also leads the firm’s sustainability service line, assisting clients with the integration of sustainable design and construction strategies, as well as assisting them with the implementation of sustainable certification programs.
Michael App, AIA, LEED AP
Director of Architecture
Mike will serve as TimHaahs’ Director of Architecture. Mike is a skilled architectural leader, with experience in parking facility design, adaptive reuse, historic restoration, and the design of education and healthcare buildings. Mike will also lead the firm’s internal educational program, TimHaahs University.
Javier Sanchez, AIA
Senior Project Manager
Javier joins TimHaahs’ Miami office as Director of Design and Senior Project Manager. Javier will continue to lead the exciting Miami projects currently in development including the Miami Design District Museum garage, as well as the Palm Beach County Convention Center parking facility. Javier is bilingual in Spanish and English.
