On November 21, 2019, a breaking ground ceremony was held for the Seven Tower Bridge that is being co-developed in Conshohocken, PA by Oliver Tyrone Pulver Corporation, American Real Estate Partners and Partners Group. Our firm served Oliver Tyrone Pulver in the capacity of parking planning and design for the parking structure. This tower will serve as an incredible office space for the company’s that decide to lease in the building. The structure will be 14 stories high and span over 260,000 square feet. Seven Tower Bridge will include features such floor to ceiling glass walls, collaboration spaces that overlook the Schuylkill River, as well as access to the Schuylkill River Trail that spans close to 130 miles for bike riders.

This project is scheduled to open in November of 2020 and we are excited to witness the progress from now until then.
